Fiddler & Tide Life Skills Center

Fiddler & Tide Life Skills Center is a post-secondary transition program designed for young adults with diverse learning needs who are preparing for greater independence, employment, and community engagement. Each young adult is coached by a certified Executive Functioning Coach and mentored by a Career Coach.

Our program helps participants build the practical skills needed to navigate adulthood while fostering confidence, self-determination, and meaningful relationships.
